1. Entry & Passes A valid event pass is mandatory for entry. Each pass allows single admission only; re-entry is not permitted. Couple pass are valid for 1 man and 1 woman. Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be reissued if lost or stolen. QR codes on passes are valid for a single scan only. A physical pass copy may be required for verification. Children above 5 years require a separate pass. 2. Dress Code Traditional attire is encouraged. Participants must dress respectfully, in line with the cultural significance of the event. 3. Timing & Entry Gates open at 8:00 PM; last entry is at 2:00 AM. Re-entry is strictly prohibited. Organizers reserve the right to withdraw or deny entry for safety or disciplinary reasons. 4. Conduct & Behavior All attendees must maintain decorum throughout the event. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will lead to removal without refund. Follow all instructions from event staff and security. 5. Safety & Liability Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers/management are not liable for injury, damage, or loss of belongings during the event. In case of emergencies, follow directions from event staff. 6. Photography & Videography By attending, participants agree to be photographed or filmed. Organizers may use such images/videos for promotional purposes. Unauthorized commercial photography or videography is prohibited. 7. Food & Beverage Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food stalls and water facilities will be available at the venue. 8. Prohibited Items Alcohol, drugs, weapons, sharp objects, firecrackers, large bags, and tobacco of any kind are strictly prohibited. 9. Refunds & Cancellations Event passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure), no refunds will be issued. Rescheduling information, if applicable, will be communicated by the organizers. 10. Parking & Transport Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizers are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. Attendees are encouraged to use public transport or carpool. 11. Age Restrictions Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 12.
