The Event Verification Process Explained

Understand the journey of your event from a draft to a live listing, including what our team reviews and what each status means.

Getting your event live is a straightforward process involving a few key statuses. Understanding them will help you know exactly where your event stands.

Event Status Lifecycle

Your event will move through the following stages:

1. Draft: This is the initial state of your event.

  • It is private and not visible to the public.
  • You can edit all details freely.
  • You can find your draft events on your Organizer Dashboard.
  • 2. Pending Verification: When you are satisfied with your event details, you submit it for verification.

  • Your event is now locked for editing by you.
  • It is sent to the NavratriGarba.com (MATA) team for review.
  • Our team checks for completeness, clarity, appropriate content, and adherence to our platform policies.
  • 3. Approved: Congratulations! Your event is now live.

  • It is publicly visible on the platform and can be found by attendees.
  • Ticketing and registrations (if applicable) are now active.
  • You can still edit some details (like description or FAQs), but critical information like dates and financial types are locked.
  • 4. Declined: If your event does not meet our guidelines, it will be declined.

  • You will receive a reason for the decline.
  • The event returns to a Draft state, allowing you to make the necessary corrections.
  • Once you've fixed the issues, you can resubmit it for verification.
  • By following our guidelines and providing clear, accurate information, you can ensure a smooth and speedy verification process.
