Enhancing Your Event Page with Media

Learn how to use the Poster, Reel, Memories, and Spotify Playlist features to create a vibrant event page.

A rich media experience can significantly boost attendee interest. Here's how to manage your event's media.

Poster & Reel

These are managed from the "Event Info" tab.

  • Poster (Required): This is your event's primary visual identity. It appears on event cards and at the top of your event page. We recommend a 3:4 aspect ratio (portrait) for best results.
  • Reel (Optional): This is a short, looping video (max 30s) that can be toggled on your event page. It's a great way to show the energy and vibe of your event. A 9:16 aspect ratio (vertical) is recommended.
  • Memories Gallery

    This feature is managed from the "Memories" tab on the event edit page.

  • Purpose: After your event, you can upload photos and videos to create a gallery. This is a fantastic way to engage attendees post-event and build excitement for future editions.
  • How to Use: Simply drag and drop or select multiple image and video files to upload. Once uploaded, save your changes. The gallery will appear on your public event page.
  • Spotify Playlist

    This is managed from the "Event Info" tab.

  • Purpose: Share your event's official music vibe with potential attendees.
  • How to Use: Go to your playlist on Spotify, click "Share", choose "Copy link to playlist", and paste this URL into the Spotify Playlist field on the edit page. A playable embed will automatically appear on your event page.
