What is PassLink and How to Use It?

Invite special guests, sponsors, or influencers with exclusive ticket purchasing links.

What is PassLink?

PassLink is a powerful feature for Approved events that allows you to create unique, private links for specific people. This is perfect for:

  • Sponsors or partners
  • Influencers and media
  • Special guests or VIPs
  • Corporate group discounts
  • How it Works

    1. Enable PassLink: On your event's edit page, go to the "PassLink" tab and enable the feature. This tab is only usable after your event is approved.

    2. Create an Invite: Click "Invite People".

    3. Fill in Details:

  • Invitee Name: For your reference (e.g., "XYZ Corp Sponsor").
  • Contact (Optional): Their email or phone number for your records.
  • Allowed Slots: Choose which specific date(s) this link is valid for. You can select one, multiple, or all slots.
  • Max Passes: Set the maximum number of tickets they can purchase with this single link.
  • 4. Share the Link: After creating the invite, a unique link is generated. Copy this link and share it directly with your invitee.

    When they open the link, they will be taken to a special version of your event page where they can purchase up to the maximum number of passes you allocated. This works even if the event is otherwise sold out, giving them exclusive access.
