  • Usage Data: Some data is deleted automatically after a set period, while other data may be retained for longer periods when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as security, fraud and abuse prevention, or financial record-keeping.

Deleting your information

You can request to delete your account and personal information at any time by contacting our support team. We follow a process to make sure that your information is safely and completely removed from our systems.

Please be aware that we try to protect our services from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you request deletion and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems. Additionally, some information must be retained for legal reasons, as outlined above.
